Instrumental Teaching

There are a wide range of resources on your Digital Learning website suitable for many aspects of instrumental teaching.

Large Group

inspira

inspira® modules are full-year Wider Opportunities programmes, featuring 36 pre-built lessons in addition to comprehensive lesson plans, notes and assessment documentation. inspira® modules work best in large classes, with a digital projector and speakers.

Click on the inspira® link at the top of the screen to view available inspira® courses.

Small Group

A variety of different instrumental resources for smaller group teaching can be found in the Core Curriculum and Modules sections, accessible from the bar at top of the screen.

Even if you don't have access to IT equipment in your teaching environment you can enable access to these resources for your students to view at home. Many resources enable the user to change the tempo and mix of instruments, so that students can get used to playing a piece at a lower tempo before practicing at full pace.

See this guide on sharing lessons with your students to find out more.
